Air Canada Rouge announced it will commence nonstop service between Montreal, Canada and Las Vegas, Nevada beginning today. The new nonstop flights will operate at least once daily, and twice a day on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
The new flight is scheduled to depart Montreal at 7:40 a.m. and arrive in Las Vegas at 10:20 a.m. every day. On Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, an additional flight will depart Montreal at 7:50 p.m. and arrive in Las Vegas at 10:30 p.m.
Daily flights from Las Vegas will depart at 11:10 a.m. and arrive in Montreal at 6:57 p.m. On Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, an additional flight will depart Las Vegas at 11:25 p.m. and arrive in Montreal at 7:12 a.m. the next day.
The airline plans to operate the flight using Airbus A319 aircraft from March 13 to March 28, and will then switch to Boeing 767-300ER aircraft beginning March 29.
Rouge Plus class customers on the new nonstop flights will receive preferred seating with extra legroom, while Premium rouge customers will receive preferred seating, priority check-in and boarding, and a complimentary food and drink service. The airline will also offer Premium rouge customers access to a wide variety of in-flight entertainment options via iPad. As part of a partnership with Cirque du Soleil and its Las Vegas shows, the airline plans to sell show tickets through the Buy Onboard program.
The new flight marks the first year-round nonstop daily service between the two cities.
Air Canada rouge began operations in July 2013 and currently serves a variety of leisure destinations in the United States, Europe, the Caribbean, and Mexico.
