That's a lot of stock photography

Now in its 11th year of business, popular stock photography marketplace Shutterstock has just announced hitting two major milestones: 35 million images have been uploaded, and 400 million images have been licenseed. In celebration of this rather impressive event, Shutterstock has put together 35 of its best images from the entire run of 35 million.

When the company hit the 30 million mark last year, it also released a fun look at just what made up those 30 million photos, showing off how some of the search results look.

To tie in with this landmark, we'd love to hear from any of our readers who have images up on Shutterstock. How has working with them been, and have you seen much traction for your photos? Have you hit the overall average of 11.4 licenses? Or is your work languishing in obscurity? Give us your impressions in the comments!
